KT Ginxu Dragonfly 3 Carbon – One Board for Downwind, SUP and Wing

The Ginxu Dragonfly 3 Carbon is the third generation of KT's versatile downwind board – designed as the one board for riders who have moved past their first foilboard. Whether downwind run, SUP foiling or wing: it takes off easily, feels stable and is great fun in swell.

The Ginxu Double Displacement Hull delivers stability and low-end acceleration, while the Ginxu Step Bottom reduces baseplate drag and makes take-off easier. The aero arrow nose and tri-plane tail reduce windage and improve crosswind behaviour. Rails are almond-shaped through the nose and boxier in the standing area.

Construction

• Full Sandwich (105 L): extra-light EPS core in a full carbon exoskeleton of biaxial and unidirectional carbon – according to KT 20% lighter and stronger than standard carbon
• Dual Fusion Core (110–135 L): biaxial carbon with unidirectional patching and glass reinforcement – according to KT 10–15% lighter and stronger than previous builds
• 14" reinforced, foil-specific track boxes with puncture-resistant channels

Choosing Your Size

KT rule of thumb (body weight in kg plus litres): SUP foiling beginner +40 L, intermediate +30 to +35 L, advanced +15 to +25 L. Parawing/wing beginner +30 to +40 L, intermediate 0 to +20 L, advanced −20 to +10 L.
