Shipment
The following conditions apply
Delivery is only available within Germany.
Shipping to German islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We charge a flat shipping rate of €7.50 per order.
- For the shipment of bulky goods, we charge as follows:
- Foils up to 1.2 m wingspan: €9.90
- Bulky items (paddles, foils over 1.2 m wingspan): €18
- Boards up to 1.9 m package length: €50
- Freight forwarding (boards over 1.9 m package length): €150
For orders containing multiple items, shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will be made within 2–3 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment).
Freight items have a delivery time of 5–7 days. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
For orders including one-piece paddles that are cut to length by us, the delivery time will be extended by 1–2 days.
For orders with multiple items, partial deliveries may occur. If all items are shipped together and you have ordered items with different delivery times, the delivery time will be based on the item with the longest stated delivery time.
