The Foil Drive All-Inclusive Test Session lets you ride and compare a range of complete setups focused on Foil Drive performance – under real conditions, on the water. The emphasis is on carefully matched combinations of board, foil, mast and Foil Drive system, each built around maximum efficiency, performance and riding feel.
You can test both the proven Foil Drive Gen2 Max System and the newer Fusion System – and compare them directly if you want a clear picture of which suits your riding best. The current test pool includes a range of foils and mast systems from Code Foils as well as dedicated Foil Drive boards from Sunova. If a specific board, foil or mast system isn’t currently available, just get in touch – we regularly expand our test equipment.
Whether you’re looking to upgrade an existing Foil Drive setup, build a new complete system from scratch, or enter foiling via Foil Assist for the first time – this session gives you a hands-on basis for a well-informed purchase decision.
On-Water Feel & Practical Comparison
Riding different boards, foils, mast systems and Foil Drive variants gives you a direct sense of how individual components affect handling, efficiency, Lift, range and control. The Gen2 Max System delivers versatile, well-balanced performance across a wide range of conditions. The Fusion System is aimed at riders seeking maximum output and broader use in E-Foil and Foil Assist disciplines.

Purchase Credit
When purchasing a qualifying board, foil, mast, or Foil Drive system after your test session, part or all of the test fee will be credited toward your purchase. This gives you the opportunity to try different high-performance setups in real-world conditions before committing to a new complete System.
Test Session reimbursement schedule:
• Purchase value €2,000–€3,000 → €50 reimbursement
• Purchase value €3,001–€5,900 → €100 reimbursement
• Purchase value €6,000 and above → €250 reimbursement (full refund of the test fee)
